Ritu Gupta

Ritu Gupta is an experienced HR and HCM professional with a strong background in consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Manager at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ritu previously held roles as a Senior HCM Consultant at TCT Inc. and IBM India Pvt Ltd, where expertise included Oracle-PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Fusion systems. Additional experience includes positions as Project Manager, Project Lead, Business Analyst, and Delivery Manager at IBM India, as well as Technical Consultant and Team Lead at Infogain Pvt Ltd. Ritu Gupta holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from North Maharashtra University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
