Faith Bushee

Faith Bushee has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Faith is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Anika Systems, a position they have held since February 2023. Before that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Varen Technologies. In 2018, they were a Human Resources Business Partner and Advisor at Eagle Alliance, where they managed the workforce planning process for over 600 employees during a transition to a new contract. From 2010 to 2017, Faith was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at KeyW Corporation, where they implemented an HRIS system and transitioned the company's insurance plan. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they served as the Manager/Director of Human Resources for the Essex Business Unit at Northrop Grumman, leading the integration of HR teams and policies. Faith also held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Essex Corporation from 2006 to 2007, where they implemented best practices and merged benefits. Faith began their career at The Windermere Group, LLC in 1998 as the Manager of Human Resources, and eventually became the leader of the combined HR teams after the company was acquired by Essex Corporation. Faith has a strong background in HRIS systems and has experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.

Faith Bushee completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Personnel and Labor Relations, from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Faith attended the university from 1990 to 1993.
