Zachary Rice has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Zachary started their career in the US Navy as a Boat Driver, Navigator, and Communicator in a Riverine Unit. During their 5-year tenure, they led crews, ensured mission success, and held a role as the company's lead Navigator.

Following their military service, Zachary joined Microsoft and participated in the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy.
