Luis Alejandro deHaro

Luis Alejandro de Haro is a skilled bioinformatician currently employed at Anima Biotech since February 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Weizmann Institute of Science from November 2019 to January 2023, and at IFIBYNE - CONICET from October 2018 to November 2019. Luis also held multiple research fellow positions at INTA from August 2010 to September 2018 while pursuing a PhD focusing on Plant-Virus Interaction, specifically analyzing the interactions between Mal de Río Cuarto virus and its hosts. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the University of Buenos Aires, with a thesis on glyphosate-resistant Johnsongrass, and a Licenciatura in Biological Sciences from the same institution. Additional research experience comprises visiting scholar positions at the Universidade de São Paulo and University of California, Davis.
