Sheli Galili

Sheli Ostrow-Galili, PhD, is a Bioinformatics Data Engineer at Anima Biotech since January 2023, specializing in designing and developing a biology Knowledge Graph using Neo4j and conducting data analysis with Python, Cypher, and SQL. Previously, Sheli served as a Bioanalyst at Igentify from March 2021 to August 2022, focusing on research and development of bioinformatics methods for genomic data analysis. Prior experience includes a role as a Bioinformatician at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology's Biomedical Core Facility from January 2018 to March 2021, where Sheli established analytical pipelines, collaborated with scientists, and managed workflow automation. Earlier positions at Technion as a Laboratory Assistant involved researching hereditary vision and hearing loss at the molecular level. Sheli earned a PhD in Bioinformatics and a BSc in Biology from Technion.
