Melissa Geoghegan-Smith has extensive experience in communications and customer service, currently serving as the Communications Manager at Animal Behavior College since July 2014. In this role, Melissa also works as a Qualifier in a high-volume call center. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Floor Cast Member at Regal from 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included customer service, food service, cash handling, and box office ticket sales. Earlier experience includes serving as an ICD-9 Coder at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology from July 2007 to August 2011, focusing on medical coding and extensive use of Excel, phone, and Microsoft Word for medical billing tasks. Melissa Geoghegan-Smith holds an Associate of Arts degree in American Sign Language Interpreter from the College of the Canyons, earned between 2010 and 2013.
