John Vincent A has extensive experience spanning over 22 years in various roles in the banking and microfinance sectors. John Vincent currently holds the position of VP and Business Head- Lending at Animall. Before that, they worked as Vice President - Business Development at Dvara E-Dairy, where they created a lending model for the cattle loan sector. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President at Jana Small Finance Bank, where they handled the Tamilnadu and Puducherry state cattle loan business, doubling the business within one year with 100% repayment. John Vincent has also held various leadership positions at Axis Bank, Dhanlaxmi Bank, ICICI Bank, Hand in Hand India, Indian School of Microfinance for Women, and Dhan Development of Humane Action Foundation, gaining diverse experience in training, development, and managing teams across different functions.

John Vincent A obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University from 1995 to 1999. In 2015-2016, they completed a Master's degree in Economics at Bharathiar University. Additionally, in 2011, they received a JAIIB degree in Banking from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. To further their education, in 2016, they took a course in Rural Banking at Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and completed Executive Education in B2B Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2021.
