Aarti Dalvi

Aarti Dalvi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Aarti began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at ACI Worldwide, where they played a role as an Issue Manager, mentor, and developer. Aarti also wrote High-Level Definition documents and successfully implemented mandates. Aarti then joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to various projects involving micro-services, web applications, and product performance improvement. Aarti worked on projects such as Centralized Logging and Monitoring, utilizing technologies such as NodeJS and AWS. Aarti later interned at Remine as a Full Stack Developer and gained experience in web development. Aarti also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft before being hired as a Software Engineer II in the Azure Core - Pilotfish Client team. At Microsoft, Aarti has also taken on leadership roles such as Communications Chair in GLEAM and Board Member in Women in Azure. Additionally, they have been an Advisory Board Member at the Tombolo Institute at Bellevue College Design Thinking Program. Aarti is actively involved in the tech community as a Seattle Community Lead for AnitaB.org, where they organize local events and promotes gender diversity in the industry. Aarti also has experience in academia, working as an Instructional Student Assistant and a Graduate Research Assistant at San Diego State University. Aarti Dalvi holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University, which they earned from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2013. Aarti also obtained a Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education from 2007 to 2010. Aarti completed their secondary education at Bhausaheb Firodiya Highschool, earning an SSC degree from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, Aarti has obtained several certifications in various topics, including leadership, self-confidence, time management, and technology from LinkedIn, Udemy, Pluralsight, and Codecademy.
