Debra Gross

Debra Gross has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Debra began their career as a Senior Staff Engineer - Estimating at Kraft Foods Group in 1982, where they worked for eight years. Debra then moved on to Rhodia (formerly Rhone-Poulenc) in 1990, first as a Business Process Redesign Engineer and later as a Specialty Chemicals Team Leader - Project Management Services. In this role, Debra was responsible for consulting with Booz Allen Hamilton to redesign and implement supply chain processes, as well as estimating, cost control, scheduling, and financial reporting functions on all Specialty Chemicals Division capital projects.

In 1995, Debra founded their own company, Consulting & Managerial Services, where they served as the Principal for one year. Debra later joined The Ohio State University - Dept. Computer Science & Engineering in 1997 as a Course Coordinator. In this position, they managed computer application courses and developed course materials, policies and procedures, and HR administration. Debra also taught and oversaw a staff of 20.

Debra then joined Managing processes and delivering solutions to improve the bottom line in 2012, where they worked as an Instructional Designer and Senior Trainer. Debra'sprojects included creating instructional materials for MS Excel, spreadsheet/database training, instructional design services for math K-12 assessments, and development materials for CRM software migration.

Most recently, Debra worked at Anju Software in 2015 as a Training Consultant. Debra'sresponsibilities included designing instructional materials for pharmaceutical medical information software and providing on-site and online software training.

Debra Gross holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Debra also possesses an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
