Mauricio Barra

Mauricio Barra has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mauricio most recently worked at Anjuna Security, starting in February 2023, in the role of Head of Product and Solution Marketing. Prior to that, they were employed at Skydio as the Sr. Director, Enterprise Product Marketing from June 2020 to September 2022. Mauricio also held positions at Confluent as the Director of Product Marketing from March 2020 to June 2020, and as the Group Product Marketing Manager from July 2018 to March 2020. Before Confluent, they worked at VMware, where they held multiple roles including Group Product Marketing Manager from March 2017 to July 2018, Product Line Marketing Manager from March 2016 to March 2017, Senior Product Marketing Manager from September 2014 to March 2016, and Product Marketing Manager from August 2012 to September 2014. Prior to entering the tech industry, Mauricio gained experience at Telefonica as a Projects & Quality Analyst from August 2007 to June 2010, and at Consorcio Red Uno as a Projects Analyst from July 2006 to August 2007.

Mauricio Barra completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2002 to 2006. Mauricio later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Operations Management from The Wharton School, which they completed between 2010 and 2012.
