Bahar Şahin

Bahar Şahin is the Founder and Attorney at Law at Arche Law & Consultancy, established in January 2022, specializing in supporting start-ups with their legal challenges. Since December 2021, Bahar has also served as a Lawyer at the Ankara Bar Association. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at Juris Avukatlık Ortaklığı, where Bahar engaged in various legal practices including international arbitration and IP law, and contributed to an international investment arbitration case. Additional legal internship experience includes work at Kurucu Hukuk Bürosu, focusing on energy, employment, and obligations law. Bahar is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Company and Commercial Law at Erasmus School of Law, following a Bachelor of Laws degree from Bilkent University.
