Dr. Utku Topcan

Dr. Utku Topcan is a distinguished legal professional and educator, currently serving as the Director of the Adalet Meslek Yüksekokulu and a lecturer at Izmir University of Economics since April 2017. In addition to academic responsibilities, Dr. Topcan is an active attorney at law with the Ankara Bar Association since April 2011. Previous experience includes roles as a doctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in 2022 and 2021, and as an attorney at Sarıibrahimoğlu Law Offices from 2015 to 2016. Dr. Topcan's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Commercial Law from Hacettepe University and a Master of Laws from King's College London, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ankara University.
