Oskar Sigthorsson

Oskar Sigthorsson has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Oskar began their career as a Load Control Officer for Icelandair Ground Services in 2008. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark, where they conducted research in the field of waste heat recovery systems and thermoeconomic diagnosis for marine machinery systems. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Marorka as a Product Owner and Energy Management Advisor for the maritime industry in the Middle East. Since 2018, they have held roles as Vice President of Professional Services and Lead Analyst at Ankeri.

Oskar Sigthorsson completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechatronics Engineering from Reykjav\u00edk University between 2007 and 2010. Oskar then went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Design and Applied Mechanics from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between 2010 and 2012. In April 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
