Pierre Louis Lacoste

Pierre Louis Lacoste is a French businessman and entrepreneur who is best known for being the co-founder of Ankorstore. Prior to joining Ankorstore, Pierre served as the Country Manager for Etsy, Vice President of Europe for Lolë, and Executive Coordinator for Coalision Inc.

Pierre has always had a passion for business and retail. Pierre began their career working in various customer service and sales roles before eventually finding their way into management. In 2009, Pierre was given the opportunity to coordinate operations for Coalision Inc., which marked the beginning of their ascent up the corporate ladder.

In 2011, Pierre was promoted to Vice President of Europe for Lolë, a position they held until 2015. It was during this time that Pierre honed their skills in retail growth and expansion, P&L management, and developing partnerships. In 2015, Pierre left Lolë to take on the role of Country Manager for Etsy.

During their four years at Etsy, Pierre was responsible for managing the business structure and operations with a focus on strategy, budgeting, and profitability. Pierre also led retail growth, negotiated lease agreements, managed P&Ls, and developed partnerships to increase point of sales. Under Pierre’s leadership, Etsy saw a significant increase in brand visibility and web platform efficiency.

In 2019, Pierre left Etsy to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams by co-founding Ankorstore. Ankorstore is a French startup that is shaking up the retail industry with its innovative “end-to-end” solution that helps retailers optimize their inventory and better meet customer demand.

Pierre Louis Lacoste has a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from EFAP - École des nouveaux métiers de la communication.
