Ben Torgersen

Ben Torgersen is a seasoned professional in total rewards and compensation with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director of Total Rewards at Ankura since July 2021, Ben has previously held significant positions at Dell Technologies as Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits, at Visa as Director of Total Rewards, and at HP in various roles including Director of Total Rewards and Compensation & Benefits Manager. Ben's career began in the US Army, where multiple roles in engineering and IT laid a strong foundation for subsequent expertise. Educational credentials include an MBA from Brigham Young University, a BA in Computer Science from Weber State University, and an AA in Chinese Mandarin from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
