Emily N. Nossan

Emily N. Nossan has extensive experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Emily N. began their career in 1994 at KPMG US as a University Relations Manager, where they built relationships with universities and recruited new graduates for consulting and tax positions. Emily N. then joined Willis Towers Watson in 1999 as a Recruiter for Talent, where they managed full life-cycle recruitment and created employment value propositions. Emily worked their way up to become a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader, overseeing the Human Capital and Benefits division. During their time at Willis Towers Watson, they received Spot Awards for recruitment and technology implementation excellence. In 2020, Emily joined Ankura as a Recruiting Manager and later became the Recruiting Director for People Acquisition. At Ankura, they focus on delivering results for clients and growing careers through collaboration and inclusion. Emily N.'sareas of expertise include competition and class action, healthcare disputes, intellectual property, financial services, and trial visual communications.

Emily N. Nossan has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from The New School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field from Ithaca College. In addition to their formal education, Emily has also earned certifications in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERSITY and Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie.
