Kristina Shalamanova

Kristina Shalamanova, ChMCIPPdip, currently serves as the International Payroll & Benefits Director for EMEA & APAC at Ankura since May 2022, previously holding the position of International Payroll & Benefits Manager within the same company. Prior to Ankura, Kristina was the Group Payroll Manager at BlueCrest Capital Management from April 2015 to April 2022 and worked as an EMEA Payroll Specialist at Bloomberg LP from August 2014 to April 2015. Kristina's career began at Celergo LLC, where responsibilities included managing payroll for multinational clients and leading a small team. Earlier roles involved managing international projects and representing Westminster Business Consultants at prestigious events. Kristina holds a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Westminster.
