Phil Ferneau

Phil Ferneau has over 19 years of experience in the venture capital industry. Phil began their career in 2002 as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Borealis Ventures. Since then, they have held various roles as a Board Director and Investor for a number of companies, including Compass Therapeutics LLC (2014), Ankyra Therapeutics (2021), Amagma Therapeutics (2020), Ovation.io (2019), T-Cypher Bio (2020), Orbit Discovery (2018), and Teckro (2018). Additionally, they have held roles as an Investor for Adimab (2008) and Evox Therapeutics Ltd (2018).

Phil Ferneau completed their education history with a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to that, they earned an A.B. from Dartmouth College in Government, and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in Business.
