Michelle Whitlow is currently the Purchasing Manager/DBE Liaison at TheRide since November 2006. Before that, Michelle held the position of Purchasing Analyst at the City of Southfield from January 1990 to November 2006. Michelle Whitlow holds a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Siena Heights University.
