Natalie Merrett has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie started their career in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. In 2011, they worked as a Claims and Inquests Assistant at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. Since then, Natalie has held various roles at Anna Freud, including Clinical Administrator, Schools Programme Coordinator, Project Manager, and Co-chair of the Anti-Racism working group. Currently, they serve as the Head of Knowledge Dissemination at Anna Freud. Their responsibilities include managing projects that raise awareness and support mental health and wellbeing in education, producing multimedia resources, and coordinating the Schools in Mind network.

Natalie Merrett attended the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law. In 2022, they enrolled in the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership in 2023. We are a children's mental health charity and have been developing and delivering pioneering mental health care for over 60 years. Our aim is to transform current mental health provision in the UK by improving the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of treatment.
