Rhonda Lemaitre

Rhonda LeMaitre (Orcutt) is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of the Medical Staff Office at Anna Jaques Hospital since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as the Practice Manager at Women’s Health Care - Anna Jaques from June 2018 to February 2022. Rhonda's extensive experience includes over 14 years at Hallmark Health System, where positions included System Documentation and Medical Records Manager, Physician Liaison, and Operations and Transcription Manager. Alongside these roles, Rhonda managed a team of transcriptionists and oversaw departmental budgets and performance reviews. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Salem State University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
