Nikita Filippov

Nikita Filippov has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nikita co-founded ANNA Money in 2017, where they played various roles in product and service design. Nikita is currently working as a Director at Presentum one since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Precious Payload starting in December 2018. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Founder and CEO of Octoberry, overseeing technical and business strategies, product portfolio, and customer experience. Before that, they founded and managed ScrumTrek from 2008 to 2017, providing software development process improvement consulting to various companies. Nikita also founded and served as CEO of Magneta AI from 2015 to 2017, focusing on product vision and team development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Manager at Begun from 2006 to 2008, handling requirements, product backlog, and coordination with development teams.

Nikita Filippov attended Samara State Aerospace University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Jet Propulsion. In addition to their formal education, Nikita has also obtained several certifications. Nikita became a Certified Scrum Master in October 2007 and a Certified Product Owner in July 2011, both through the Scrum Alliance. Nikita also received a Certified Scrum Professional certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2013. Nikita has obtained various other certifications related to Agile and project management, including the Coaching Agile Teams Certification from ICAgile in 2014, the Kanban System Design certification from Kanban University in 2016, and the Certified LeSS Practitioner certification from The LeSS Company in 2016. In 2017, Nikita obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification and the ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation certification, both from ICAgile. Most recently, in April 2019, Nikita completed the Retention + Engagement Deep Dive program at Reforge.
