Slava Akulov

Slava Akulov is a co-founder and Anna+Taxes Product leader at ANNA Money since February 2020. Slava is also a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at ANNA Money from June 2016 to March 2023. Before that, they founded Octoberry in January 2017, where they served as CEO, creating and developing a team to help companies with digital transformations. Slava was also invited as an expert in digital transformation by consulting companies and large corporations such as McKinsey, Accenture, Gazprom Oil, Sberbank, and Home Credit. Slava was a Managing Partner and Executive Coach at ScrumTrek from January 2017 to January 2018, where they continued to assist companies in digital transformations. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Product Officer at Alfa-Bank from September 2015 to July 2017, where they were responsible for product strategy management and managing the product team. Slava also held the position of Product Manager at the Department of E-commerce products at Alfa-Bank from October 2012 to September 2015. Before diving into the banking sector, Slava founded Dance Style in July 2009, a company which they managed until July 2013. In addition, they co-founded SocialMagicMarketing Agency in March 2012 and worked as a Co-Founder until 2013. Slava also served as the COO at LLC Zvezdni from June 2008 to June 2009. Their extensive experience also includes working as a Professor at Russian Customs Academy from 2003 to 2008 and as a Specialist at Central Customs Office in 2003.

Slava Akulov obtained a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Business School RMA in the year 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Economics degree in Economy and Management from Russian Customs Academy, graduating in 2003. In 1998, Slava Akulov received a High School diploma in Accounting and Finance from Moscow Technical College of Automation & Radiotechnics.

In addition to their educational background, Slava Akulov obtained certifications from IT Governance Ltd. Slava became a Certified EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (GDPR) in March 2019, and also completed the EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation certification in January of the same year.
