Josh Gleason's work experience includes positions at various companies in the media and advertising industry. Josh started their career as a Digital Marketing Intern at the American Red Cross in 2011. Josh then worked as a Campaign Coordinator in Ad Operations at Starcom for a few months in 2013. After that, they joined The Onion as an Analyst in Ad Operations for about a year.
In 2014, Gleason joined Havas as a Supervisor in Ad Technology. Josh was then promoted to Associate Director in Ad Technology in 2015 and later became a Director in Ad Technology in 2016. In 2017, they joined Kargo as a Director of Marketing Technology.

From 2022 to the present, they have been working at AffinityX as a Senior Director in Media Operations. Josh also concurrently holds a Senior Director position in Global Media Operations at Annalect since October 2022.
Josh Gleason attended Bowling Green State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to that, they attended Pomperaug High School, but the specific years are unknown.
