Alexandra O'Donohue

Alexandra O'Donohue began their work experience in 2010 as a Judicial Clerk Intern for Hon. Cathy Seibel in the Southern District of New York. In 2012, they worked as a Legal Intern for Defenders of Wildlife before becoming an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Since 2016, they have been working at Annaly Capital Management as a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel.

Alexandra O'Donohue completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies with a minor in American Studies at Boston College from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also spent a semester studying at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
