Nancy Miller

Nancy Miller is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Since 2014, Nancy has served as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Nuveen, a TIAA company, where responsibilities include providing legal oversight for Nuveen Real Estate and leading diverse commercial real estate transactions. Prior to this role, Nancy held positions such as Chief Legal Counsel at Beachwold Residential LLC and General Counsel at Tarragon Corporation. Earlier in the career, Nancy worked as a Senior Associate at both Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and Dewey Ballantine. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and multiple degrees in Urban Studies with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
