Audrey K. Susanin

Audrey K. Susanin is Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Annaly. Ms. Susanin has over 15 years of experience in corporate and securities law. Prior to joining Annaly in 2015, Ms. Susanin was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at News Corporation. Ms. Susanin also previously worked as an associate at Weil, Gotshal, and Manges LLP in the Public Company Advisory Group. Ms. Susanin has a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
