Glenn A. Votek

Glenn A. Votek was elected to serve as a Director of Annaly in November 2019. He served as Senior Advisor to Annaly from March 2020 to August 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President of Annaly from November 2019 to March 2020. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Annaly from August 2013 to December 2019. Mr. Votek has over 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Annaly in 2013, Mr. Votek was an Executive Vice President and Treasurer at CIT Group since 1999 and also President of Consumer Finance since 2012. Prior to that, he worked at AT&T and its finance subsidiary from 1986 to 1999 in various financial management roles. Mr. Votek holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Kean University/University of Arizona, a M.B.A in Finance from Rutgers University and attended the Executive Education Program of the Colgate W. Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
