Joshua Bowman

Joshua Bowman currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Annaly Capital Management, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from September 2017 to August 2021, specializing in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Banking and Finance groups. Joshua's career began at GEICO, where responsibilities included Sales Management Development from 2013 to 2014 and Customer Service Supervisor from 2007 to 2012. Joshua holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
