Scott Wede

Scott Wede currently serves as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors for Annaly Capital Management and MPOWER Financing, and holds a position on the Advisory Board of Inflo. Previously, Scott was a Member of the Board of Directors at Rapid Applications Group from 2016 to June 2023, and served as President, CFO, and Investor at Conventus Holdings Corp. in 2022. Scott's extensive finance experience includes leadership roles as Managing Director at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, where Scott was the Global Head of Securitized Products and Municipal Finance, and at Citi in Securitized Products Trading. Early in their career, Scott worked at Salomon Brothers Securities as a Director in Securitized Products Trading. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Creighton University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
