Vânia Neves

Vânia Neves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors for Ultrapar and Grupo Carrefour Brasil, Neves also contributes to Pacto Contra a Fome and Rede Mulher Empreendedora as a board member. With a strong background in technology and innovation, Neves held senior positions at Vale, including Global Tech Business Solutions Director and CTO. Additionally, Neves has been a guest professor in organizational behavior at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and project management at FGV. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Board Program for Women from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, an Executive Program in Innovation from Singularity University, and an MBA from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
