Kip Kunsman has a significant tenure at Anne Arundel Community College, beginning in July 2006 as Director of Workforce Solutions and later transitioning to multiple leadership roles including Assistant Dean, Interim Dean, and current Dean of the School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development since February 2012. In these roles, Kip Kunsman has provided strategic leadership in the development and implementation of various educational programs, particularly in Cyber and Technology Training. As Director of the CyberCenter, responsibility included overseeing educational contracts and forging strategic partnerships to advance cybersecurity initiatives. Kip Kunsman holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Towson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Health Services Management from UMBC.
