Cathleen Sparrow

Cathleen Sparrow is the current Executive Director at Anne Arundel County Public Library. Cathleen has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Chief Development Officer at Volunteers of America Utah, Chief Experience Officer at Sparrow Enterprises, and Executive Director at Utah Health and Human Rights. In 2010, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of Utah, where they served for four years.

Under their leadership, Cathleen Sparrow has developed and implemented comprehensive fundraising plans, managed donor relationships, and overseen special events. Cathleen has also been responsible for public relations, communications, and marketing initiatives to support the mission of each organization they have worked for. In addition, they have served on the Senior Leadership Team and the Community Engagement Committee for Volunteers of America Utah.

Cathleen Sparrow has a BS in Recreation Administration from San Jose State University.
