Aerlyn Dawn

MOHS Surgeon at Anne Arundel Dermatology

Dr. Aerlyn Dawn is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, board certified dermatologist, and member of the prestigious American College of Mohs Surgery.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Academy of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, and as a dermatology representative to the American Medical Association. An author of over thirty medical journal articles and book chapters, he has given numerous presentations at national dermatology and dermatologic surgery meetings and has taught medical students and residents at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Maryland, Wake Forest University, and Cooper University Hospital.

Dr. Dawn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and received his medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology training at the University Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in Mohs surgery and dermatologic surgery in Philadelphia.

He has extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer and reconstructive surgery, and looks forward to serving patients of all ages.
