Dr. Sairaj Navalkar

Dr. Sairaj Navalkar has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dr. Sairaj most recently served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at The Annet Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at the same company from August 2016 to June 2022. Before joining The Annet Group, Dr. Navalkar was the Head of Human Resources at Okler Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. from June 2015 to August 2016. Dr. Sairaj also worked as a Manager of HR at Life Force Homeopathy from October 2014 to June 2015. Furthermore, they held the position of Senior Executive of Corporate HR at Vibgyor High from September 2011 to October 2014 and served as a Senior Officer of Human Resources (Generalist) at IFCM Human Assets Management Pvt. Ltd. from February 2010 to September 2011.

Dr. Sairaj Navalkar's education history began with completing their Icse at Maneckji Cooper from 1990 to 2001. Dr. Sairaj then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Bhavans College, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Afterward, they obtained a Masters in Human Resource Development Management (MHRDM) at Mumbai Educational Trust, MET League of Colleges, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

Building on their knowledge in the field of Human Resources, Dr. Navalkar went on to earn a PhD in Strategic Management with a specialization in Attrition & Retention from Pacific University Udaipur. Dr. Sairaj accomplished this from 2012 to 2020.

Seeking to expand their expertise, they enrolled in the National Law School of India University to pursue a Master of Business Laws (MBL). Dr. Sairaj is currently studying at the institution and expects to complete the program in 2022.
