Sara Galloway

Sara Galloway serves as the Head of Customer Success (Global) at Annex Cloud since November 2025. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Vice President, Consulting (North America) at Capillary Technologies from May 2025 to November 2025. From April 2020 to May 2025, Sara was the Vice President of Strategy and Consulting (Global) at Kognitiv Corporation, overseeing the strategy and consulting group to develop innovative loyalty programs and provide strategic advice to C-suite executives. At Aimia Inc, from December 2012 to April 2020, Sara was the Director of Strategy Consulting & Marketing (Global) and also held various roles focused on client success and account management, achieving significant revenue growth. Earlier experience includes account management and marketing roles at Carlson Marketing, Traust, Refactr LLC, and Galloway Company. Sara holds a B.S. in Business, Marketing, and Advertising from Marquette University.
