Shikhar Agarwal

Shikhar Agarwal is an accomplished executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial at Annexon Biosciences since August 2024. Previously, Shikhar worked at argenx for four years, where notable achievements included leading the successful launch of VYVGART in Myasthenia Gravis, significantly exceeding revenue expectations and achieving blockbuster status. Earlier roles at Amgen spanned various marketing and leadership positions, including Market Access Director and Director of Bone Health Marketing, where Shikhar managed teams and drove substantial growth in product franchises.
