Amir François

Amir François is a Senior Research Associate at Annie E. Casey Foundation, conducting research and evaluation to improve outcomes for children, youth, and young adults. Prior to this role, Amir held positions at the Maryland State Department of Education, Baltimore City Public Schools, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and more, focusing on program evaluation, research, and data analysis. Amir holds a Ph.D. in Applied Developmental Science & Educational Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
