David Navarro

David Navarro is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in program management, real estate, and culinary ventures. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since October 2024, David has also held significant roles such as Program Officer at Northwest Health Foundation and Rural Oregon Continuum of Care Program Manager at Community Action Partnership of Oregon. In addition to their nonprofit work, David co-founded Pairing Salts™, where chef-selected spices enhance culinary experiences. With a solid educational background including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Johnson & Wales University, David continues to contribute expertise across multiple sectors.
