Kathleen Feely has a strong background in the field of human services and technology. Kathleen is the Founder and CEO of Case Commons, Inc, a nonprofit organization focused on transforming human services through cutting edge technology and analytics. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President for Innovation at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, where they played a key role in the development of innovative software called Casebook. Kathleen also has experience in the public sector, having worked as the Deputy Commissioner at The New York City Department of Juvenile Justice.
Kathleen Feely obtained their Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1968 and 1973. Later, they pursued further education at Rutgers University from 1978 to 1980 and received a Master's degree in labor education and labor relations.
