Brittany Wiese Hatfield

Brittany Wiese Hatfield has a diverse range of work experience. Brittany began their career as a Behavior Therapist at Behavioral Dimensions, Inc. in December 2010 and also worked as a Behavior Therapist at the Minnesota Autism Center from September 2012 to May 2013. Brittany then joined The Lovaas Institute in September 2011 and worked as a Behavior Therapist until March 2014. Brittany later worked as an Independent Living Skills Worker at Recover Health, Inc. from March 2014 to September 2014. Brittany then served as the Children's Program Coordinator at the Childrens Inn from September 2014 to April 2015. Brittany then became the Program Director at Meridian Services from April 2015 to November 2015, and later held the role of Program Director at Cradle of Hope from November 2015 to October 2016. Brittany then transitioned to Alexandra House where they worked as the Housing & Supportive Services Manager from November 2016 to November 2018. Currently, they are the Director at the Anoka County Community Action Program, a role they have held since November 2018. In this position, they are responsible for the development and management of various programs, ensures compliance with grants, reviews and maintains budgets, and has implemented policies and technological initiatives. Additionally, they have served on various committees and has established social media platforms for the programs.

From 2000 to 2004, they attended O'Gorman High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on General Education.

Between 2004 and 2008, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Social Welfare at Minnesota State University, Mankato.

From 2015 to 2017, Brittany attended the University of South Dakota, earning their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Services Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, they completed a program in Nonprofit Management at the Graduate School of the University of South Dakota in May 2017. Additionally, in November 2014, they obtained the Safe Crisis Management Instructor certification from JKM Training Inc.
