Amy Lill

Amy Lill, MHRM, currently serves as the Resource Manager at the Anoka County Sheriff's Office, overseeing the human resources function and providing guidance on personnel management issues since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, where responsibilities encompassed consultation on staffing, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations, in addition to enhancing diversity and equity initiatives. Previously, Amy held a Human Resources Business Partner position at Volunteers of America, managing policy compliance and employee services, and spent nearly two decades at Target in various HR roles, including Lead Human Resources Specialist. Educational credentials include a Master of Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Rasmussen University, complemented by an Associate's Degree in Accounting.
