Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and curious technical writer to join our Technical Publications group. As a key member of our fast-paced team, you will work closely with development engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality documentation. You will be responsible for managing both short- and long-term deliverables, handling documentation written in MadCap Flare.

In this role, you must enjoy working with constantly changing priorities, collaborating with development and quality assurance teams to extract essential information and ensure follow-ups. Strong inter-personal skills are key, as you will need to communicate effectively across various teams and maintain productive relationships.

Responsibilities o   Developing high quality end-user documentation for Anomali products o   Coordinating and collaborating with developers to collect information, ensuring timely doc reviews, and meeting project deadlines o   Participating in feature and product reviews o   Attending team meetings and scrums

Qualifications/Required Skills o   3+ years of combined experience: writing technical documentation for enterprise software products. o   Professionally trained technical communicator and/or a demonstrated track record of writing technical documentation o   Working knowledge of MadCap Flare or FrameMaker o   Flexible about working with geographically distributed teams, across multiple time zones o   Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player; adapt quickly to changing priorities; can work with minimal guidance and supervision
