Cristina Ferreira

Cristina Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Manufatura at Formula UFSM - FSAE Team. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Bolsista do Laboratório de Ensino Computacional Aplicado à Engenharia de Produção at Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. In 2021, Cristina joined ITEP Consultoria, starting as a Consultor and later becoming Vice-presidente. Currently, they hold two positions at Anota AI, working as a Estágio Customer Sucess Management since July 2022 and as a Customer Experience Manager Jr. IV since May 2023.

Cristina Ferreira attended the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria from 2018 to 2023, where they studied Engineering Production. While pursuing their education, they also obtained additional certifications such as Formação Power BI from Alura in July 2023 and Green Belt - Six Sigma from RL&Associados in January 2023.
