Leticia Marcuzzo Bitencourt is currently working as Supervisora de Customer Success at Anota AI since October 2022. Prior to this, Leticia held Customer Success roles at Play Delivery from September 2020 to October 2022. With previous experience as Gerente Executiva at Grupo Polvo Louco from March 2016 to January 2020, Leticia also worked as an Auxiliar administrativo at the same company from September 2013 to February 2015. Currently pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu degree in Liderança, Gestão e Inovação at Centro Universitário Internacional UNINTER, Leticia holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo and a Bacharelado in Direito from UFN Universidade Franciscana.
