Sébastien M. has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles. Sébastien started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at NES Global Talent in 2007. Later, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Shutdown Maintenance Services(SMS) in Qatar, specializing in providing technical manpower to the construction and engineering industry. In 2012, they joined MPH as a Country Manager, responsible for managing the local office, workforce, logistics, administration, and maintaining client relationships. Sébastien also worked on major project bids and managed compliance with KSA laws. Sébastien then moved on to ANOTECH, where they served as a Business Unit Manager from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they contributed to the realization of large-scale projects in the energy transition sector and ensured compliance with local and international regulations. Sébastien's most recent role at ANOTECH was as a Business Unit Director.

Sébastien M. started their education at the French School of Doha / Lycee Francais de Doha, where they completed their high school education in Economics and Social studies from 2001 to 2004. Sébastien then attended Lycee Robert de Luzarches of Amiens from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Baccalaureat degree in Communication and Administration.

In 2007, Sébastien enrolled in the College of the North Atlantic, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Management - Marketing, which they completed in 2010. During this time, they also obtained the TOEFL certification from ETS Global.

Continuing their education, Sébastien attended Université de Montréal in 2010 and 2011, earning a Minor Arts and Sciences degree with a major in Communications.

Additionally, Sébastien has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2011, they achieved the CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment) certification from Carleton University. In 2012, they obtained the Project Quality Management certification from the College of the North Atlantic. Lastly, in 2015, they received the Project Management for Engineers Certificate from Texas A&M University.
