Elçin Sarikaya

Elçin Sarıkaya is an experienced professional in European project management, currently serving as the Head of the European Projects Unit at ANR (Agence nationale de la recherche) since July 2017. Responsibilities include the administrative and financial management of European Partnerships, team leadership, and oversight of project expenditures and human resources. Prior roles include Coordinator of European Projects and European Project Manager at Université Paris 13 - Sorbonne Paris Cité, where project setup, contractual management, and financial monitoring were key duties. Early experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement and a short internship at Borsa İstanbul.
