Florence Beaujard is an expert in Human Factors and Ergonomics with extensive experience in commercial aircraft cockpit design, currently employed at Airbus since May 2004, where responsibilities include coordination of A350 Human Factors activities and serving as the Expert for the Human Factors group in Cockpit Design. In addition, Florence has been a jury expert for project selections at ANR since January 2014 and for EU funded LT projects at LT-Innovate since January 2013. Previous experience at Airbus from September 1989 to January 2004 included roles as Project Manager for Cockpit Controlled Language and Design Office Engineer. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès and a Master's Degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from ENSEEIHT.
