Jean-Luc Beylat is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a board member for ANR, Alliance Industrie du Futur, and Arcep, Jean-Luc also holds the position of VP Ecosystems at Nokia and President of Nokia Bell Labs France. With a strong commitment to innovation, Jean-Luc has been involved with Photonics21 as an Executive Board member and PSL Research University as a board member since 2020. Additionally, Jean-Luc has led Systematic Paris-Region Cluster as President and serves as President of the Association Bernard Gregory and the Association Française des Pôles de Compétitivité. Jean-Luc Beylat earned a Ph.D. in physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University between 1986 and 1991.
