Lyndon Hughes

Lyndon Hughes has extensive work experience in sales and client management roles. Lyndon currently serves as the Head of Direct Sales: SMB at ANS Group, where they aim to make digital transformation accessible to all. Prior to this, they worked as an Industry Lead for housing, non-profit organizations, and the police at ANS Group. Lyndon also held the position of Client Director at ANS Group and was responsible for managing client relationships. Before joining ANS Group, Lyndon worked at D2NA as a Sales Director, where they successfully led sales and marketing efforts, coached and developed team members, and implemented new software tools for improved efficiency. Lyndon also worked as a Sales Manager at D2NA, focusing on driving new business sales and maintaining customer relationships. Earlier in their career, Lyndon held roles such as Business Development Manager at Netshield Limited, Account Manager at Redstone Managed Solutions, Internal Account Manager at Tolerant Systems Limited, and High Value Retention Sales Advisor at Vodafone.

Lyndon Hughes attended Alsager High School from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained their GCSEs. After high school, they enrolled at Newcastle-under-Lyme College, where they studied Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Lyndon has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include: MEDDPICC Masterclass from MEDDICC, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901), AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Global Challenger, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Azure Sales Specialist Assessment (Enterprise) from Microsoft, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner - CLF-C01 from Amazon Web Services (AWS). These certifications were obtained between the years 2019 and 2021.
